1. Use of the App

You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

2. Health and Wellness Information

Our App generates food recommendations based on user input (age, weight, height, etc.) using AI. This content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making dietary changes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use OpenAI's API to generate meal plans. Your input data may be transmitted to OpenAI's servers. By using the app, you consent to this data handling in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or submit misleading information. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Food Planner or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. In-App Subscriptions

Food Planner offers a monthly subscription (PRO) that unlocks premium features. By subscribing:

• Payment of $5.99/month will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• No refund is provided for the unused portion of a cancelled subscription period.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time for violations of these Terms without prior notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the Effective Date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
