Install this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/ ( User Role Editor )
Then go to your wp dashboard > users, and choose the user you want to add video gallery roles.
The roles are
dzsap_make_shortcode – access shortcode generator
dzsap_manage_options – edit zoomsounds main options
dzsap_sliders_manage_categories – manage playlists
dzsap_manage_vpconfigs – create video player configurations
